See it. Scan it. Sorted.
Cleaner buildings, without the chasing.
From student halls and shared houses to apartment blocks, Clean Quarter turns every room, kitchen, bathroom and bin store into a place residents can report from in seconds. You get every issue sorted within 48 hours, with photo proof.
60 days free. For student accommodation, HMOs, apartment blocks and housing associations.
How it works
Three steps. Nothing to install.
- 1
Residents scan
A QR code inside each room door, in corridors, kitchens and bin stores. Residents pick what's wrong and send it. No app, no login, no personal details.
- 2
You assign in one click
The report lands in your inbox already knowing exactly where it is. Send it to your own team or to a Clean Quarter contractor.
- 3
Sorted, with proof
Every job has a 48-hour cap and before and after photos. You see it happen. Residents can follow it too.
Why managers like it
Everything in one calm place.
One screen tells you what's open, what's late and what's been sorted. No spreadsheets, no WhatsApp threads, no guesswork.
48-hour cap
Every job has a live countdown. Anything close to overdue is flagged to you automatically.
Photo proof
Before and after photos with times on every job, side by side. Perfect for audits and owners.
Cleanliness score
A simple score for each building and floor, with the trend over time and a heat map of problem spots.
Monthly PDF report
One click for a branded report per building: issues, fix times and proof.
Room check-in and check-out
Photograph each room at the start and end of a tenancy and compare them side by side.
Your team or ours
Send jobs to your own staff, or to vetted Clean Quarter contractors when you need extra hands.
Privacy first
Residents stay anonymous.
We never ask residents for their name, email, age or phone number. Each QR code is tied to one exact place, like “Room 302, third floor” or “Bin store, bin 3”, so the report already knows where it is.
Residents get a private link to see their report go from reported to assigned to sorted, with the after photo. No account needed.
